Personal data protection
CNRS, located at 3 rue Michel Ange, 75794 Paris Cedex 16, informs you that personal data is processed by the PEPR Batteries administrators. When certain information is required to access specific features of the site, this mandatory nature is indicated at the time of data collection. Data collected
Personal data may be collected by communication from PEPR Batteries, 118 Route de Narbonne, 31062 Toulouse Cedex 9 – France.
IP addresses collected for statistical purposes by MATOMO software are anonymized, meaning that only the first two octets of an IP address are retained. This process prevents tracing back to an individual.

- Role (director, journalist, communications officer, etc.)

These data are accessible by :
- Webmasters and administrators of this site
- Site administrators (including external service providers) who may need to review this data for technical and operational reasons ;
- CNRS data protection officer
Data retention period
Data are retained for the following duration :
- At the end of an event, the list of registration data is deleted.
- After three years of inactivity, personal data are deleted under the right to be forgotten.
- A maximum of five years for authenticated contributors who are no longer part of the staff.
Data transfer outside the european union
No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out.
